"excellent customer service, they go out of their way to make things as easy for you as possible which was a great relief to me as i had my 1 year old with me. incredibly thorough in not only inspecting your vehicle but also sending your the results of everything they inspected. i cant recommend this place enough and i look forward to bring my car to them in the future."

"HORRIBLE MECHANICS AND DISHONEST. Took my car here because it was overheating. They had it for 3 days and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it but charged me each time they diagnosed it. On the 4th day I asked if my car was close to being ready because I had no way to get to work and they said yea it’s all fixed. The moment I got on the freeway my car started overheating. Now I’m out $350 and my car still didnt run right. I take it to Toyota the next day and literally 2 hours later they fixed it. I had air in the cooling system. Simple fix for a mechanic. Hal’s auto care couldn’t figure this out for 3 days. I WOULD NEVER bring my car here again."

"My experience here was great. I was able to get a quote online & it was honored start to finish once I brought my car in. Not only that, I was able to get my particular repair done in a reasonable time(Had old serpentine belts swapped out on my Honda today)& their parts are covered by warranty. The employees I dealt with personally were very patient & understanding which during a pandemic are extra great qualities to have. You've probably been mailed their coupons which are also honored if you present them for your repair. Have a few other repairs needed for my car & as of now Hal's is where I intend to take my car for them once I have more money."

"The guy couldn't give me an estimate on what it would cost to fix an AC evaporator. He didn't have to be so rude and use a doctor analogy to try to make me feel dumb, and could have said, "this was a possible estimate but I would have to look at it first." He also could have left with a have a good day but he just hung up. I don't think I was being rude for asking, but if the employees are that sensitive, I dont need to have my car repaired here anyway."
